Kim's Yummy Cheese Ball Recipe

2 – 8 oz packages of cream cheese, softened

1 small can crushed pineapple, drained really well

1 tsp seasoned salt

2 tbsp finely minced onion

¼ cup finely chopped green bell pepper (optional – mine didn’t have the pepper)

2 cups chopped pecans

Mix together cream cheese, pineapple, seasoned salt, onion and pepper with 1 cup of the chopped pecans. Shape into ball(s) and roll in remaining 1 cup of pecans to cover. It makes two small or one large.

Serve with crackers.
